Project Overview
Condo-matic is the modern, Quebec-focused platform that finally bringing condominium management out of Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups and paper binders.
Built for syndicates of all sizes (from 8-unit heritage buildings in Plateau-Mont-Royal to 600-unit towers in Laval and Gatineau), Condo-matic gives managers, board members and owners a single, beautiful place to handle everything: payments, documents, communications, regulations, and upcoming works.
The Challenge
In Quebec, most condominium syndicates are still managed the old-fashioned way:
One volunteer president or a small property manager drowning in emails
Common fees collected by cheque or e-transfer
Meeting minutes sent as PDF attachments that nobody can ever find
Emergency contacts scattered across personal phones
No easy way to prove who has (or hasn’t) paid their condo fees
The result? Lost time, disputes, delays in repairs, and thousands of dollars in late fees every year.
Our Solution – Condo-matic Web Platform (PWA)
A clean, secure, bilingual (FR/EN) progressive web app that works instantly on phones, tablets and desktops – no App Store required.
Condo-matic gives every Quebec syndicate a clean, single-login dashboard with instant financial overview, while owners get their own secure portal to pay fees online (card, Interac or PAD), receive instant receipts and Relevé 31, and access every declaration, insurance certificate and meeting minute in a version-controlled document centre with proper access rights.
Urgent notices land as push + email with read receipts, arrears are tracked in real time with automated Quebec-legal late fees, and property managers oversee dozens of buildings from one account with bulk messaging and consolidated reports. The warm, St. Lawrence-inspired design — soft blues and greys, generous whitespace, rock-solid AA accessibility and Bill 141 compliance — makes even 2 a.m. fee payments feel reassuring.
