Ma Gestion is the first mobile app dedicated exclusively to entertainment industry professionals in Quebec (actors, comedians, writers, directors, technicians, and their administrators).

In an industry where schedules change hourly — auditions, rehearsals, shootings, tours, press junkets, union meetings — the app delivers one single, always-up-to-date source of truth for every commitment.

No more scattered emails, WhatsApp groups, Excel files, or forgotten Zoom links.

The Challenge

Quebec’s entertainment ecosystem is vibrant but chaotic:

• Artists juggle 5–15 different projects simultaneously

• Agents and admins manage dozens of talents with overlapping availabilities

• Double-bookings and last-minute cancellations are extremely costly

• Existing tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, Doodle) are generic and not adapted to the very specific realities of the Quebec industry (UDA, SARTEC, GMMQ contracts, tax credit periods, festival seasons, etc.)

The community needed a made-in-Québec solution that understands how the local industry actually works.

A beautiful, bilingual (FR/EN), privacy-first mobile app that has become the daily companion of thousands of Quebec creatives.

Ma Gestion puts every audition, shooting day, rehearsal, press junket and tour date into one beautiful, colour-coded timeline that instantly flags conflicts and syncs in under two seconds whenever an agent or admin makes a change. Smart notifications arrive 24h, 2h and 15 min before each event, time zones are handled automatically, and the app syncs bidirectionally with Google/Apple/Outlook calendars while staying deeply plugged into Quebec’s industry realities: direct connections to major agencies, pre-filled UDA/ACTRA contract fields, per-diem trackers, pre-loaded festival calendars (Juste pour rire, FNC, RIDM…) and tax-credit reminders. 

Agents love the web+mobile portal for bulk scheduling entire casts, one-tap availability polls and read receipts. The warm, elegant and proudly Québécois design — Montreal-metro-inspired typography, late-night-rehearsal-room palette and perfect dark mode — has made it an instant daily essential.
