Yuzu Gin Fizz

A bright and refreshing cocktail that balances the citrusy kick of yuzu with the smoothness of gin and a delicate fizz on top. Light, foamy, and a little exotic—perfect for sipping on a warm evening.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 50 ml gin

  • 25 ml yuzu juice (or fresh lemon juice if you can’t find yuzu)

  • 20 ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)

  • 1 egg white (optional, for foam)

  • Soda water

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add the gin, yuzu juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker without ice.

  2. Dry shake (shake hard without ice) for about 15 seconds to build up the foam.

  3. Add ice and shake again until chilled.

  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

  5. Top with soda water.

  6. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon or a twist of citrus peel.
