A bright and refreshing cocktail that balances the citrusy kick of yuzu with the smoothness of gin and a delicate fizz on top. Light, foamy, and a little exotic—perfect for sipping on a warm evening.
Ingredients (serves 1):
50 ml gin
25 ml yuzu juice (or fresh lemon juice if you can’t find yuzu)
20 ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
1 egg white (optional, for foam)
Soda water
Ice
Instructions:
Add the gin, yuzu juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker without ice.
Dry shake (shake hard without ice) for about 15 seconds to build up the foam.
Add ice and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a thin slice of lemon or a twist of citrus peel.
